Can anyone join this meetup?

Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to join this meetup. Those joining should be prepared to take an active interest in the meetup by attending some of the events, posting messages and resources to the team, or helping to organize an event!

Are there any rules for this meetup?

Yes.

1. Always be considerate of your teammates!

Whether on the message board, in email, on the court, at a locale or just about anywhere, respect for yourself and others is first and foremost. Those who "flame" or in any other way abuse another member of the team will be removed.

2. Stand by your commitments.

If you RSVP for a game or event, you are taking a place and expected to show. Some games may depend on a certain number of people making the committment to be there. There will always be times when something might come up, but we will follow a baseball rule here, three RSVPs with no shows and you are out. This goes back to rule #1 - be considerate.

3. Fees.

Some venues will require a fee for reservation of the court. In some instances, PayPal payment will be required in advance. Unless otherwise noted, fees paid are non-refundable.

4. HAVE FUN!!

That is really the point of this meetup... to have fun!!
